Cauliflower Taco “meat” – ww

‘Cauliflower Taco Meat’ has such a great texture and flavor. I’ve been wanting to make this all week. There’s enough left over to make a taco salad tomorrow. I  honestly don’t know the difference between a taco and a burrito so I’ll call this a burrito because it’s soft and rolled. The base is #oilfree refried beans, with veggies and #cauliflower #taco meat on top. 9 points for supper
