Learning to prepare vegan food is not as challenging as you may think.  It’s actually more fun because you are incorporating new flavours, tastes and textures into your mealtime.  Soups are thickened with grains like lentils and legumes, potatoes and nuts. Goodbye cream soup hello healthy soup!  Desserts are even better because you bake using things like flax seed and tofu. Goodbye chicken’s eggs hello healthy, plant-based alternatives! Vegan cooking is also a less expensive alternative.
